May I personalize my order?

It is possible to request the personalization for some of our products, just contact us.

Please keep in mind that because of the nature of handmade items, each product is different. I try to represent all product at best, anyways due to the surface of the wood, it is possible that the colors of engraving and wood slightly vary.


Which shipping method should I choose?

Two shipping methods available:

1. Post office ESTIMATED delivery:

  • United States: 3-6 business days
  • Canada: 14 business days
  • Europe: 12 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 20 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 25 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 25 business days
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 25 business days


2. UPS only for USA, CANADA and EUROPE:

  • 1-3 business days

From Monday to Friday. Weekend, holidays, day of shipping and delivery are EXCLUDED.


I live in USA, do I have to pay customs duties?

United States customs duty and taxes are not charged if the total amount of your purchase is up to USD 800,00 anyway you can easily check with your customs office of your coutry.

How does refunds for delayed or lost orders work?

Up to 40 business days after shipping your order may be considered DELAYED.
More then 40 business days after shipping your order is considered LOST.

If you have chosen STANDARD SHIPPING (post office) the refund or the replacement will be issued ONLY after 40 business days* from the date of shipment.

The lack of tracking information is not considered DELAY or LOSS of the package.

* BUSINESS DAYS= Monday to Friday. Weekend, National holidays and the day of departure and delivery are excluded.
