Returns, Refunds and Replacements 

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Digital downloads
  • Custom products

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Refunds for delayed or lost orders

Up to 40 business days after shipping your order may be considered DELAYED. More then 40 business days after shipping your order is considered LOST.
If you have selected REGULAR DELIVERY (National postal service), refund or replacement will be issued only after 40 business days* from the date of shipment. Lack of tracking information is not considered delay or loss of the package.
* BUSINESS DAYS= Monday to Friday. Weekend, National holidays and the day of departure and delivery are excluded.
